Amethyst is the Talent Acquisition Analyst at Armstrong World Industries. In their role at Armstrong World Industries, she is responsible for managing the college recruiting program. She takes times to work with each different department that has a college program by guiding them on where and how they should recruit. She helps the teams by meeting candidates and creating relationships with the different colleges and universities. Amethyst is very passionate about creating the relationships with the candidates. She tries to make sure they know she can be trusted to answer all questions and help with the transition from college to early talent.
