Amber is the SVP of Talent Management for the MMA-Florida region, where she is responsible for Talent Acquisition & Management, Campus Programs, Colleague Engagement, and is the DE&I Regional Co-chair. Prior to joining MMA, she spent 21 years with Bank of America as a SVP, Leadership Development Mgr. A 2020 MMA Choice Award & 2018 Marsh CEO Award recipient, & Bank of America 2010 Chief Learning Officer in Practice Award winner. Certified PMP, SHRM-SCP, & Six-Sigma Greenbelt. She is passionate about MMA campus recruiting programs, which foster engaging and inclusive career opportunities for the next generation of professionals and leaders.

Career Highlight

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, companies had the challenge of identifying how internships would be possible. Many cancelled their internships, but Amber is very proud to have collaborated with a team of MMA Regional leaders/recruiters/coordinators to revamp the 2020 Regional MMA Campus recruiting and internship experience. Creating a 100% virtual interview process and program solution supported the initial MMA interns and several others left without this critical academic experience.
