Amber Bell is a Talent Attraction Recruiter on EY’s Campus Sourcing Team. She is responsible for identifying strong talent for entry-level intern and staff positions at EY for various accounting roles across the West Region (spanning from Honolulu to New Orleans!) Prior to joining the world of recruiting, Amber worked as an EY Auditor, graduating from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em!) with her Bachelors and Masters in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Career Highlight
Since joining the CST team in Summer 2021, Amber has contacted over 66,000 students across 276 accounting roles within EY. With her team, she has hosted dozens of virtual info sessions, events, and office hours as well as created effective candidate pooling strategies and processes. Amber finds great joy in helping students begin their career and is grateful to work with such a dynamic, fun team to tackle what she loves.
