As Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Amanda leads Mastercard’s global university recruiting team. She oversees Mastercard’s early career talent strategy, including internship, graduate, and MBA hiring across 40+ countries. She also leads the development and implementation of Mastercard’s global internship program. Amanda joined Mastercard via its acquisition of Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), a leading cloud-based analytics company, where she led university recruiting and early career programs for Consulting, Marketing, and Sales. Prior to joining APT, Amanda held various roles in the finance and non-profit sectors. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Statistics from the University of Virginia.
