Career Highlight

Amanda has been a Technical Recruiter for just shy of three years, and continues to not only hit her goals, but even exceed them! This past recruiting season, she handled the increase in headcount across multiple countries all on her own (interns, new grads, apprentices). She continues to be a great partner and will clearly communicate what she needs so that Affirm can continue to improve as a company. Amanda knows how to get candidates excited about joining and help them make informed decisions. She takes the time to meet with candidates, really understand what they're looking for and what they want to get out of their internship, and works to land them on a team that will best suit them. She prides herself on her high-touch approach, and that resonates with students as they navigate such a stressful time during college.
