"Over the past year, I have played a key role as the Sales Recruitment Subject Matter Expert for our Paradox implementation project. During this project, we designed and implemented an AI-assisted application process and scheduling tool. By taking administrative tasks off recruiter's workloads, we are now able to focus on value-added activities including consulting with hiring leaders on industry trends and best practices as well as building relationships with candidates."
