In this role, Alyson leads the university recruiting team in strategy development and full life-cycle recruiting for 700+ intern and early career hires globally, and helps to build programs to attract and develop a diverse workforce of tomorrow. Alyson has over 10 years of recruiting experience and is passionate about acting as an early-career talent advisor to hire and develop the best and the brightest to transform the world!
Career Highlight
Alyson led Lenovo’s University Recruiting team to adopt a 100% virtual intern program and recruiting strategy in 2020. Over the summer, the team hosted 54 events, collaborated with local tech companies, held social media challenges, and more. Lenovo was recognized internal and externally for their transformative program. During the Fall, Alyson led the team to host over 55 virtual recruitment events and attracted over 4K student attendees in North America. Globally, Lenovo received a record-breaking number of university applications and had the most diverse applicant pool ever.
