Ally is a campus recruitment manager at CoStar Group. In this role, Ally is responsible for managing the university relations process with key campus partners, as well as fostering engagement with internal business partners. Prior to her role at CoStar, Ally was an assistant director of Academic Advising Initiatives at Virginia Tech, where she supported the assessment and professional development of academic advisors. In joining CoStar, she applied her background in higher education and career development towards expanding campus recruitment efforts. Ally is recognized as an empathetic and motivating leader that is passionate about early career development and understanding determinants of employee retention.
Career Highlight
"Drawing from my training and experience in higher education, my team and I aim to stay up-to-date on the priorities of the current generation. Our campus team regularly participates in online trainings and discussions centered around launching a successful early career for Generation Z. We then educate our internal partners, intern managers and mentors, and hiring leaders on the most recent findings each year when we onboard new intern and associate cohorts. In addition, our team prides ourselves in a positive on-campus reputation that starts with meaningful and intentional interactions with each student, regardless of their recruitment status. Part of that includes having an inclusive interview process where each candidate feels prepared to meet with the hiring manager. We value career success for Generation Z, and welcome opportunities to serve as a career advisor, even if their first job doesn't start at CoStar Group."
