Faced with another year of virtual recruiting, the TA Team at Allogene Therapeutics got creative to keep engagement high and ensure students didn't suffer from Zoom fatigue. The team crafted a diverse set of virtual events available to interns such as Lunch & Learns to workshops with industry panels. Beyond events, the team invited Senior Leadership (such as board members) to help spread the word about Allogene's amazing internship opportunities, mission and culture.
Crafting a Standout Candidate Experience
Candidate experience is a top priority for the TA/Early Career Team at Allogene Therapeutics. The team provides first-class service by ensuring each candidate is given the white-glove service from initial contact through day one and beyond. A few examples of how Allogene Therapeutics provides a positive experience is by ensuring all communication is done at a timely manner, transparency with the interview process and making sure the candidate always feels comfortable and confident. To ensure their efforts are successful, the TA/Early Career Team also collects feedback from current candidates on how to further improve and enhance the candidate experience in the future.

That's why the Talent Acquisition team at Allogene Therapeutics is so passionate about finding and connecting with a diverse range of students across the country.
