Allison joined Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) in March 2022 as an Early Careers Partner II, where she handles recruitment for university-level talent pipelines across various business units. Before NFCU, Allison started her career in the insurance industry and shifted to campus recruitment in financial services. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and later an MBA with a focus on Human Capital from the University of Florida.
