Allison Robinson Early Careers Partner Navy Federal Credit Union

Allison joined Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) in March 2022 as an Early Careers Partner II, where she handles recruitment for university-level talent pipelines across various business units. Before NFCU, Allison started her career in the insurance industry and shifted to campus recruitment in financial services. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and later an MBA with a focus on Human Capital from the University of Florida.

"I have participated in several events with diversity-focused student organizations. For example, I spoke at the 2022 National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America Connect Conference Career Day in Orlando, Florida. This event allowed me to connect and recruit students from underrepresented communities and institutions. I leverage various candidate engagement tools to increase student engagement at outreach events, and I am relied upon as a subject matter expert in sourcing students for intern openings. The Year-Round Intern Program experienced an 18% year-over-year increase from 2021 to 2022 because of my outstanding contributions."
