In Spring 2020, Allison pivoted the entire Anheuser-Busch Talent Acquisition team, mobilizing a virtual engagement & selection strategy with a focus on creating an inclusive candidate experience – all while delivering a comprehensive summer intern experience. From expanded partnerships and a university-agnostic attraction strategy to the development of the Anheuser-Busch Leadership Accelerator program, Allison and team innovated in unprecedented ways – during unprecedented times.
