Allie is a Campus Recruiting Senior Specialist overseeing the Internship Program, MC recruitment, and branding/recruiting at TAMU, Baylor, and the Houston market. She started her career at Credera in the MC Practice for about 3 years before realizing her passion for recruiting. She brings her consulting skills and passion for connection to recruit the best and brightest to Credera. Allie also volunteers for the culture committee to ensure the people in the Houston office are celebrated and have opportunities to connect. She earned her BBA in Marketing, Human Resources, and Entrepreneurship at Baylor University and enjoys spending time outside, lifting weights, and connecting with others over a good meal!
Career Highlight
"I lead the US Internship Program, collaborating with 150+ to effectively host 100+ events designed to introduce interns to our culture. I provide recommended timing and strategic direction while also empowering groups to plan their events according to their strengths. Interns integrate into the unique market culture through intramurals / game nights, attend Employee Resource Group events to promote belonging / connection, and participate in service events to live out our mission to give back to our communities. The 2-day end-of-summer conference in our headquarters dedicated to professional development demonstrates our commitment to investing in interns' growth and success."
