Alicia Roebuck is the North America Recruitment Leader for NielsenIQ. Roebuck is a graduate of Florida A&M University’s Five year MBA program. After graduation, Alicia joined Nielsen’s Global Media Emerging Leaders program. For 8 years, Ms. Roebuck worked within the Nielsen Global Media organization. In 2017, she decided to pivot into a role at NielsenIQ , that aligned with her passion for career and workforce development and became a recruiter. Alicia was recently promoted to lead North America recruitment and remains dedicated to leading a team of recruiting experts and bringing top, diverse talent to NielsenIQ.

Career Highlight

Alicia Roebuck is focused on engagement with university candidates. She partnered with D&I to re-launch champion teams (there are 60+ champions) that attend career fairs and do virtual classroom visits to build rapport with students. She launched diversity-focused partnerships with MLT and Intern X, where they have led bootcamps, case studies and are working to deliver coaching to students. To support engagement, Alicia launched the NIQ inclusive hiring process which trains all interviewers on bias and inclusion and provides a consistent and fair process for all candidates.
