Career Highlight

As the team grows, Alexa strives to create professional development opportunities within her UR team and for the organization overall. Alexa worked with partners across the People team to create a rotational program for early-in-career team members to learn about different functions within the organization. Team members spent 3 months working in a different organization, and by the end, most of them were able to use that experience to transition into a new role! This was an exciting way of promoting professional development, internal mobility, and career growth.
