With unique experience in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, and leadership, she knows what it takes to build strong, diverse teams. As a Talent Acquisition New Collar Programs Lead at IBM, Adrianna is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders. Her own journey as an IBM Apprentice influenced her appreciation for the importance of mentorship. Adrianna is actively engaged in community outreach as Co-Chair of her Black Business Resource group, where she is passionate about helping young professionals grow.

"As a strong advocate for inclusion, I am proud to have played a key role in hosting an HBCU College Fair for local North Carolina high school students, partnering with our Black Business Resource Group. Leveraging my connections as a former HBCU Campus Recruiter at IBM, I ensured that representation was at the forefront of the event. This non-traditional recruiting event had a profound impact on the lives of over 600 students, inspiring them to envision a brighter future. I am committed to increasing representation in the early career space and am excited about the opportunity to continue this work."
