Adam is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and leads the America's Campus Program. In their role at Signify, Adam was responsible for building the overall program and is currently overseeing the program's success across the region (LATAM, US, Canada). In addition, he supports the business as a strategic partner with DEI initiatives, recruiting top talent, and sharing best practices. Adam has worked his way through Signify in a variety of roles, starting as a Talent Sourcer and supporting new technology and insights. Adam's passion is supporting talent as they navigate through their career search and investigating new ways to streamline and digitalize processes.
