Abbie Blackburn is a Talent Acquisition Partner, University Talent Lead at Trace3. In her role at Trace3, Abbie is responsible for over seeing and recruiting interns for the Trace3xperience Summer Internship program. Prior to their role at Trace3, Abbie did Technical Recruiting at Insight Global. Abbie is passionate about providing a positive and relaxed interviewing experience for students as they prepare to enter the working world.
Career Highlight
Abbie established Trace3's first company wide internship program, The Trace3xperience Internship in the midst of the 2021 pandemic. Abbie crafted an engaging 12-week summer program that helped give 20 students a 'normal' working experience that educated the interns (Tracers) about Trace3 and introduced them into the working world. From strategic on-campus visits, to virtual career fairs, to attending virtual classes to get Trace3's name and opportunities out. She received "The Game Changer Award" for the creation of this program from the company.
