Voting FAQs
"How were the 2023 Nominees for the Campus Recruiting Choice Awards selected?"
To form the 2023 Nominee class, we put out a call for nominations to the campus recruiting and talent community. From the list of names and recommendations provided, we selected a final list of nominees to include in our 2023 class!
"How were the categories selected for the Campus Recruiting Choice Awards?"
The categories were determined by the criteria submitted with your nomination acceptance form, specifically years of experience, status as a manager or leader, time size, and areas of interest to ensure similar individuals were categorized together as accurately as possible.
"How will the winners of the Campus Recruiting Choice Awards be selected?"
Just as we asked the campus recruiting community to nominate standout individuals for these awards, the talent community and broader network of professionals will select winners between July 12th and July 28th!
During this period, Nominee Spotlight Pages are being promoted to the public, giving folks the opportunity to vote for the winner of each Award category.
Anyone can cast their vote for the winners of each category, but votes from those involved in campus recruiting and talent acquisition professionals will be weighted more heavily in final vote tallies to ensure this is a peer-led Award selection rather than a numbers-driven contest. Voting forms will ask if a voter is a campus recruiting or talent professional. These votes will be worth 3x as much as votes from those who are not involved in campus recruiting or talent acquisition professionals.
There will be 15 total award winners, one from each category.
"Can I vote more than once?"
We encourage you to cast your vote for as many Nominees as you believe are worthy of receiving the Award in their category. However, you can only cast one vote total per individual Nominee for the duration of the voting period. You can vote for as many Nominees as you want, but you can only cast your vote for an individual Nominee one time throughout the 3-week voting period. Please start a new form submission for every vote you cast!
Ex. Jane Smith is nominated for the Career Catalyst: Gen Z Advocate Award. Bob Green is also nominated for the Career Catalyst: Gen Z Advocate Award. Taylor Brown is nominated for the Rising Star: D&I Champion Award. You can cast multiple votes throughout the awards period for Jane Smith, Bob Green, and Taylor Brown (starting a new form submission each time). However, you can only vote for Jane Smith one time throughout the duration of voting.
"I am a Nominee. Can I vote for myself and others?"
If you are a Nominee, you can cast a vote for yourself! You can also cast votes for your fellow Nominees.
"When will the winners of the Campus Recruiting Choice Awards be announced?"
The 15 winners of the Campus Recruiting Choice Awards will be announced on August 4th
